Which CoreGuard runs here?

This demo is governed by the EVE CoreGuard charter guard — the deterministic 12-principle / 15-rule charter gate (veto_core), enforced before and during token streaming, plus deterministic pre-verdicts for recognised transaction scenarios. Zero LLM calls decide the verdict.

It does not invoke the CoreGuard Decision API (/v1/decisions/evaluate) or its domain policy packs (lending, insurance, AML…), which return signed ALLOW / BLOCK / MODIFY decision certificates and require an authenticated org. Per-turn charter verdicts shown here are attested with HMAC-SHA256, not the Ed25519 decision certificate.
